Live Strong Inside-Out
Meet Your Inner Wisdom & Strength (1).pn
According to The Mayo Clinic: Resilience is your ability to adapt well and recover quickly after stress, adversity, trauma or tragedy. If you have a resilient disposition, you are better able to maintain poise and a healthy level of physical and psychological wellness in the face of life's challenges. If you're less resilient, you're more likely to dwell on problems, feel overwhelmed, use unhealthy coping tactics to handle stress, and develop anxiety and depression.

The Live Strong Inside-Out method is comprised of five practices that are born directly out of Jackie's experience of developing the capability to adapt to life-changing disruptions such as, adversity, heartache, trauma, and tragedy. These practices empowered her to rebuild, grow, and flourish in the face of daunting circumstances, again and again.

Through the course of her adult life, these practices helped her to develop and enhance her self-awareness, psychological and spiritual strength, trust in her intuitive impulses, foresight, emotional agility, self-acceptance, self-compassion, an agile and growth mindset, adaptive self-leadership habits, and creative courage,

The Live Strong Inside-Out method will help you tap into the inner wisdom & strength already within you to become your most resilient, brave, and badass self.

Your Invitation

“In a world of tension and breakdown, it is necessary for there to be those who seek to integrate their inner lives not by avoiding sorrow and anguish and running from their problems, but by facing them in their naked reality and ordinariness.” ~Thomas Merton

One of the most profound transformational experiences that I have encountered in my life came as a result of the "dark night of the soul" I experienced after the unexpected death of my son, Blease.

It occurred after I tapped into the courage within my heart to turn towards the grief that had shackled my soul. Up until this point, I had done everything I could to dismiss, numb and deny the truth of my pain, yet it had remained. I found myself shackled in a depth of despair I had never experienced. I was desperate.

As I began to initiate a sacred ritual that involved challenging the story that I was telling myself that "I wasn't strong enough to allow myself to feel the depth of grief I was experiencing as a result of losing my son," I began to notice that as I questioned the truth of this story, the wise-guide within my soul would remind me of the evidence in my life that disputed this story.

The more I began to trust the truth from my own life, my mental and emotional suffering began to dissipate. It didn't happen overnight. I practiced this particular sacred ritual for nearly two years before I reached an integrated state of acceptance towards the loss of my son.

During this time, I decided to return to college. It was during my first semester in an acting class that was taught by a professor who practiced Buddhism that I was exposed to the practice of mindfulness. It was in this class, I discovered WHY my emotional and mental suffering began to dissipate.

I was no longer grasping unto the idea of WHY God allowed me to experience the devastating loss of my son. Instead, my posture towards my experience had transformed into a quiet surrender to the truth of what is.

It was in the heart space of surrender that my mind became clearer and my soul seemed to have uncovered a renewed zest for life and a greater sense of purpose.

I would love it if I could tell you that from that point forward, I was gung ho towards sharing the Live Strong Inside-Out practices. But, that isn't what happened.

Yes, the call in my soul was intense to do this work. But, for years, I wrestled with this thought, "Who am I to do this work?" Despite the evidence of success that this intuitive method had enabled me to produce in my life.

So, I embarked on a journey that helped me to see the wounded places in my soul that were fueling this self-doubt and fear. It was during this season in my life, I would come to a deep understanding of showing myself the tenderness, self-compassion, self-acceptance, and self-love that is necessary to do this work and have the greatest impact.

For several years now, I have been sharing the five practices in my book Get Unstuck Now, training seminars, and with my coaching clients. It has never been the center of my work. That is, up until now.

This has changed as a result of COVID-19.

The reality of this virus forced me to think about my mortality and question myself about what I would regret if I found myself on my death bed.

There were a few things that I would regret. One of the biggest regrets I would have is not making the Live Strong Inside-Out method the central focus of the work that I do as a personal growth teacher and women's leadership coach.

As you have probably guessed, this is no longer true.

I invite you to join me on this journey through my personal coaching services, online training workshop, or when we're given the ALL clear to move about,  the in-person workshops I will be hosting and facilitating based on the Live Strong Inside-Out method.

The simple words that Glinda the good witch spoke to Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz — “You’ve always had the power” — is not just a string of words that created a statement that many people quote, and use as wise guidance, such as Oprah Winfrey, these words are a reflection of the truth our soul already knows.

Amid disruption, our human spirit has the uncanny ability to remind us that we are capable of so much more than we initially believe.

When you deepen your awareness and understanding of your inner wisdom and inner strength through the practice of the Live Strong Inside-Out method, you will meet the version of yourself that deep down reflects the truth you already sense within yourself but haven't tapped into the courage within your heart to play full out and be the person you were born to become.

This is an open invitation to expand your way of BEING. In other words, embrace and embody the fullness of your unique code of greatness dwelling in the seat of your soul.  Dare to become the most resilient, brave, and badass version of your best self.

You don't have to accept my word. Join me in a Live Strong Inside-Out Masterclass. Learn the practices. Implement them in your daily life towards your current challenges and your audacious goals in a consistent manner.
